Room Hire  

Do you need space for you club, society, group or meeting? 

At New North Road we have rooms of different sizes for different kinds of meeting, from a small room  for fifteen people to a big space for over a hundred and rooms in between. 

Small room. This is approached by six steps and can accommodate fifteen people with tables and chairs.

Cafe.  This is a light spacious room with chairs gathered around small tables that can be moved and can seat forty people. 

Kitchen. This a smart, modern, five star food hygiene rated kitchen which can be hired at the same time as any of the other rooms. 



Hall. This is large, well lit hall with a stage that can be used for concerts, rehearsals, meetings, indoor sports such as badminton or table tennis.

Sanctuary. This is a warm and welcoming space that can seat a hundred and twenty people. Audio visual facilities and the musical keyboard are available for hire by arrangement.

Fees. Charges up to four hours.

Hall or Sanctuary                    Commercial.  £70.00                Charities/voluntary groups  £50.00

Whole building                       Commercial £180.00                Charities/voluntary groups £130.00

These charges include the use of the kitchen for making tea and coffee.
If you want to prepare food the kitchen costs £30.00.

Audio. (Sound desk and microphones) £ 25.00
Visual  (Projector and screen)               £ 25.00
